Matt Barnett has been a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist for the last 17 years. He’s currently licensed in Kansas and Nebraska. Matt and his business partner, RJ Michel, have owned Precision Hearing Solutions for more than 8 years.
The company has been in business for more than 30 years, specializing in providing comprehensive hearing tests, repairing hearing aids of any kind, and fitting patients with the latest hearing aid technology.
Matt grew up in the small town of LaCrosse, Kansas and graduated high school in Leavenworth, Kansas. In college, he studied Business Management and Ethics. He also attended Manhattan Christian College where he played baseball for 2 years. Matt has been married to his wife, Camille, for 16 years, and they have 6 beautiful children. They have called Hutchinson their home for over 18 years.

R.J. Michel is a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist in both Kansas and Nebraska. He has been in ownership of Precision Hearing Solutions with Matt Barnett for over 8 years, while the organization has been in existence for 30 years.
R.J. is originally from Osborne, Kansas where he graduated high school. He grew up playing basketball and baseball any chance he got. He attended Baker University and received a degree in Business Marketing and Management. He now resides near Wichita, Kansas and is married with 3 kids.

Jeff was raised in Winfield and graduated from Winfield High School. Earning a bachelors degree from Oklahoma State University, he has used his education to cater to the wants of others. This has taken him to north central Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas.

On more than one occasion, Jeff has been drawn back to Winfield. This time it was to take care of the needs of family. Being a hearing aid user himself gives Jeff the understanding, empathy and compassion for patient's needs.

Jeff has mentioned that this opportunity with Precision Hearing is a blessing that allows him to be near family while giving him the fulfillment of helping others.

His goal is to educate patients about hearing loss and hearing aids so they can hear their favorite sounds again. By using state-of-the-art technology, he knows he can make a difference.
He has loved living in Colby for the past 15 years.

She’s a long-time western Kansan with a passion for helping people hear better. After seeing her loved ones struggling with communicating due to hearing loss, she decided to study how to help people with the same challenges. She took up a related education and gained enough knowledge in this field.
On her free time, one of the activities she loves doing is traveling with her husband and their two sons.
