Matt Barnett has been a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist for the last 17 years. He’s currently licensed in Kansas and Nebraska. Matt and his business partner, RJ Michel, have owned Precision Hearing Solutions for more than 8 years.
The company has been in business for more than 30 years, specializing in providing comprehensive hearing tests, repairing hearing aids of any kind, and fitting patients with the latest hearing aid technology.
Matt grew up in the small town of LaCrosse, Kansas and graduated high school in Leavenworth, Kansas. In college, he studied Business Management and Ethics. He also attended Manhattan Christian College where he played baseball for 2 years. Matt has been married to his wife, Camille, for 16 years, and they have 6 beautiful children. They have called Hutchinson their home for over 18 years.

R.J. Michel is a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist in both Kansas and Nebraska. He has been in ownership of Precision Hearing Solutions with Matt Barnett for over 8 years, while the organization has been in existence for 30 years.
R.J. is originally from Osborne, Kansas where he graduated high school. He grew up playing basketball and baseball any chance he got. He attended Baker University and received a degree in Business Marketing and Management. He now resides near Wichita, Kansas and is married with 3 kids.

Whitney was born and raised in Central Kansas and has planted her roots there with her husband and their four children. She enjoys traveling, making authentic connections in life and making memories with her family.
She has been in the industry for 10 years and has a commitment to be an advocate for hearing health and a resource for rural communities. Growing up with family experiencing hearing difficulties made her passionate about making sure that people get the help they need.

As a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist, he finds great joy in helping the communities of Northwest Kansas hear better. His goal is to educate patients about hearing loss and hearing aids so they can hear their favorite sounds again. By using state-of-the-art technology, he knows he can make a difference.
He has loved living in Colby for the past 15 years.

She’s a long-time western Kansan with a passion for helping people hear better. After seeing her loved ones struggling with communicating due to hearing loss, she decided to study how to help people with the same challenges. She took up a related education and gained enough knowledge in this field.
On her free time, one of the activities she loves doing is traveling with her husband and their two sons.
